The Problem vs. The Solution

Why data-driven analysis beats guesswork every time.

The Problem: Manual Analysis

Subjective & inconsistent. Feedback based on opinions that change with every listener, their bias and their mood.

Slow & expensive. A&R, mastering labs and consultants cost up to $2,000 and take weeks to deliver.

Trends move too fast. Streaming patterns and viral shifts change every month, impossible to track by hand.

No clear next step. You walk away with impressions, not a ranked list of what to actually fix.

The Solution: AI Analysis

Objective & unbiased. No personal taste, no mood, no individual experience getting in the way. The same criteria are applied to every track, every time.

Instant & affordable. A complete professional report in under 3 minutes for just a few euros.

Always current. Criteria kept up to date: your track is compared against per-genre reference targets for spectral balance, loudness and dynamics, aligned with today’s streaming standards.

Built to win. Concrete fixes and release strategies, ranked by impact on your song.

Visual Analysis

Commercial Potential

Commercial, viral, and social media potential calculated using exclusive mathematical formulas. They are an indicative estimate, not a prediction of commercial success.

Measured vs. Estimated

Two very different kinds of number. We keep them apart, and we tell you which is which.

Measured from your file

Computed directly from the audio, locally. Objective and repeatable: the same file always produces the same numbers. No AI involved.

Loudness. Integrated and short-term LUFS, plus loudness range (LRA).

Peaks & headroom. True peak (dBTP), sample peak and crest factor.

Clipping. Clipped samples, percentage and exactly where they occur.

Stereo image. Phase correlation, lowest correlation and mono compatibility.

Tempo & key. BPM, musical key and scale, tuning deviation in cents.

Spectral balance. Centroid, rolloff, flatness and energy per frequency band.

Transients. Onset rate and average attack times.

Vocals. Pitch accuracy in cents, off-pitch events, tessitura and timing.

Assessed by AI

Judgement, not measurement. Indicative estimates that can vary between runs. Useful to spot weaknesses, never a guarantee.

Lyrics & narrative. Themes explored, emotional depth and storytelling.

Creative evaluation. Originality, coherence and emotional impact.

Ideal audience. Who the track is for and the contexts where it fits.

Visual direction. Cover art and music video concepts.

Commercial potential. Commercial, viral and social media scores.

Suggestions. What to improve, and how to release it.

The AI never guesses the technical numbers: it receives the measured values and only judges them. And no tool can predict a hit; we don’t claim to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you start.

What is Total Analyzer and how does it work?
Total Analyzer is an AI-powered platform that analyzes any track you upload across 100+ metrics: structure, emotion, mix quality, and commercial potential, and returns a detailed report in minutes.
What’s the difference between Light and Full analysis?
A Light analysis covers 50+ core metrics and indicators for free. A Full analysis unlocks 100+ metrics plus improvement suggestions and publishing strategies, and costs 5 credits.
How do the free monthly Light analyses work?
You get 3 free Light analyses the moment you sign up. On the 1st of every month your Light balance is restored to 3, whether you used the previous ones or not. No credit card required.
How much does TotalAnalyzer cost?
Light analyses are free: 3 every month, no credit card. Full analyses cost 5 credits each, and credits are sold in four packs: €2.99 for 5 credits (1 Full analysis, €2.99 each), €5.99 for 15 credits (3 analyses, €2.00 each), €11.99 for 35 credits (7 analyses, €1.71 each) and €19.99 for 75 credits (15 analyses, €1.33 each). There is no subscription: you buy credits once and they stay in your account.
What is a credit and how many do I need?
A credit is the unit you spend on a Full analysis, and one Full analysis costs 5 credits. So the smallest pack, €2.99 for 5 credits, covers exactly one Full analysis of one track. Light analyses never consume credits.
What types of songs can I analyze?
Any genre and any language, from pop and hip-hop to rock, electronic, and beyond.
What file formats are supported?
We accept the most common lossless and compressed audio formats, including WAV, FLAC, MP3, AAC, and M4A.
How long does an analysis take?
Most analyses complete in under 3 minutes. You’ll receive a notification the moment your report is ready.
Is my music kept private and secure?
Yes. Your uploads are encrypted, never shared, and never used to train third-party models. You can delete your files at any time.
What makes AI analysis better than human feedback?
It’s consistent and instant. Instead of a single opinion shaped by personal bias, you get the same criteria applied to every track you upload.
Can I download or share my analysis results?
Yes. Every report can be exported as a PDF, so you can send it to collaborators, labels, or managers.
Does TotalAnalyzer actually measure my audio, or does the AI estimate everything?
Both, and we keep them separate. Loudness (integrated and short-term LUFS), loudness range, true peak, crest factor, clipping, phase correlation and mono compatibility are measured with ffmpeg directly from your file. Tempo, musical key, tuning, spectral balance, transients and vocal pitch accuracy are computed by our own audio analysers. Only then does the AI receive those measured values. It judges them, it does not invent them. What the AI genuinely assesses on its own is the subjective layer: lyrics, emotion, originality, target audience and commercial potential.
How accurate is the analysis?
It depends on what you’re looking at. The technical measurements (loudness (LUFS), true peak, dynamic range, phase correlation, vocal pitch) are computed locally from your audio and are objective and repeatable: the same file always produces the same numbers. The creative and commercial scores are an AI assessment: they are indicative estimates, they can vary, and they are not a prediction of commercial success. No tool can predict a hit, and we don’t claim to.
What if I’m not satisfied with the analysis?
Reach out to our support team and we’ll make it right. Because Light analyses are free, you can try the service risk-free before spending any credits.
